First Data Corporation (FDC)
From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Poeckes directed the overall project management effort for multiple large new client conversion programs. In 1996, Mr. Poeckes guided the successful completion of all software enhancements resulting in the largest successful domestic credit card conversion in the history of FDC.
In 1996, Mr. Poeckes was awarded FDC's President's Award, the highest award offered to employees for his leadership and performance.
West Telemarketing Outbound
Mr. Poeckes guided IT teams in a new shop ranging from entry-level to senior consultant through the completion of over 1500 project requests in a 33-month period. He set up QA processes, in-house cross training, and peer evaluation programs that produced additional team knowledge, increased team work, enhanced customer deliveries, and higher customer acceptance results.

On a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 exceeding participant requirements and 1 being not applicable to participant’s needs, Mr. Poeckes has maintained a 4.5 customer acceptance level as a project management training facilitator.
